Divorce period

In december 2013 i am married , after 2 months my wife filed false 498a case on me , i am waiting a divorce notice from her, what is the minimum time duration from date of marriage she filed divorce

in your case sec. 14 HMA is not maintainable. So, stay cool, she needs one year to be completed from the date of marriage to file divorce petition.

normally divorce with mutual consent taken up 6 months after the first filing of application, can the wife file application of cruelty /threat -sucidal tendencies of the the husband to get the get the divorce completed before 6 months, please give reference of any supreme/high court judgement, will be grateful
