Divorce related query

My son lives in the USA and has a green card and is born in India,

he married a girl in India and now both are settled in the USA and now it's not working between them.

So I wanted to ask where can my son file a divorce in India or in USA.

please revert asap,

If both agree for divorce by mutual consent that can be done in India or USA. If wife is not willing for divorce than best will be to file divorce case in India if husband is visiting here frequently and can attend family court proceedings. Otherwise as last resort he can file divorce case in USA and defend it in Indian court if the decree of divorce granted by US court is challenged here in India by the wife.
