divorce through Muslim law

I have file a case of divorce the opposit party is trying to avoid meetings with us, can I give her TALAK by whatsapp or sms or any other way, can any one suggest me how can I got TALAK by Muslim law

it is best to obtain a decree by court which follows the process of counselling. if you give her talak as per muslim law in the heat of moment, and later you repent and you want to remarry the same wife, doctrine of "halala" applies - So think a 1000 times before going that route!
