my freind had married just i year 6 months before .he is a dental surgeon by profession and his wife is house wife.now the situation between them is so terrible.she give warning & blaming her husband family under the dowry act. and also she is not ready divorced him.she belongs to very strong family.pls help?how can he save his family from sending jail?

1. Ask your friend to opt for in-chamber consultation with an Advocate.
2. In Internet forums you being his friend may not know "material facts" about the couple and his side of family thus para 1 advised.
or ask him to read daily 100 messages in this forum as well as in Civil Law / Criminal law forum !
