Divorce with nri

I am seeking advise on the following matter:-

A marriage with NRI  was performed in Aryasamaj Temple and got registered in Delhi . The husband left for USA after staying in India for about a week. More than two years have passed , he has not visited india nor sent any money towards day to day expenses. Above all his behaviour has become rude and qurrelsome and did not abide by the promises he made . There is a complete mistrust between husband and wife . The wife does not want to go to USA due to  distrust and fear of physical and mental torture . She want a divorce . what are the course of action open for her.

GROUNDS.

1 not sent any money in two years towards day-to-day expenses

2 not visited india in last two years

3 there is no trust and faith in him

4 he has backed out of his promise that he will bear expenses for her higher education

5 wrong information about his property was given

6 blocked his wife on facebook

 kindly advise

File for divorce under section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 ground of cruelty and desertion for more than 2 years. The husband living outside India will not defend the divorce petition and same shall get decided exparte by the Family Court in Delhi.
