Divorce without settlement

In a divorce case, if a Respondent wants to tell the court that he is not opposing divorce, he only opposes alimony and other claims, does court issue divorce decree without settling claims?

Divorce will be given to you. If the other person is not looking for any maintenance. If no kids and if other person is working no maintenance..

In this case, If she has put the divorce case, you can deny all the allegation,  and give your consent for divorce. good luck.
