Divorse-please answer me

Hi,

My bro in law is planning to divorse my sister, she is currently working in a MNC and bro in law also working in a MNC. Some one please anwer my quistions.

1-Is it possible for him to send the notice to her office to spoil her image?

if yes is that legal?

2-If he send any notice is there any chance that any private company can terminate her from job?

3-if both the parties are ready for a mutual divorse, how much time it will take for the settlemnent?

and is there poosibility that he can disturb us in anyway in future?

if they already living separate for more then 1 year.. then they can file mutual divorce in section 13B(1) , this is called first motion, and after this wait for 6 month and then file 13B(2), this is called 2nd motion. you will get divorce on 2nd motion day.

bothe the party should present in court in both the dates and willing to divorce each other ,, with no oligation left againt each other.

they are not completed 1 year sepration.. then then have to compelte 1 year ,,

if both the party co operatin with each other.. and willing to end the marriege early.. then give affidavit in court that we are seprate for 1 year..

check with marriage date..if the marraige is more then 1-2 year... you can file 13 B (1) and then 13 B(2),,

get diovrce in 6 month.
