Do i have right to sell my fathers self earned property by direct sales deed

I am t6-t7 complete paraplegic, living in water bed for more than 20 years. My father wrote a will in that he states my medical condition & says his self earned property belongs to me and my brother dont have any right in it. My father died 4 years back. The property is in my fathers name. My elder brother refusing to give rent to me! Now do i have right to sell the property by direct sales deed?

Yes, you have become the absolute owner of the property bequeathed to you by your upon the Will coming into force.

You can issue legal notice to your brother and also sell the property after transferring the revenue records to your name.
