As per me, in family matters, the law is not important. If any problems arise in the family, it will be decided amicably, if necessary with taking verbal help of relatives and well-wishers.

Hey,
It is not clear what your query is but if you want to know if it is duty of daughter in law to maintain her in-laws then yes. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 makes it a legal obligation for children and heirs to provide maintenance to senior citizens and parents. It mentions maximum maintenance parents can seek and provides an in-expensive and speedy procedure to claim monthly maintenance for parents and senior citizens.
Hope this helps!
