my date of birth in municiple cor certificate is 7.9.1989

but in my 10th certificate is 7.9.1990

but for applying for passport they ask for munic cor certificate.......so there is a clash in dates.....i cant even go through cbse process of change of dob as 5 years have passed since completting 10th
