My parents are alive, but want to create a legally accepted document that establishes me as their son and legal heir.
What document can be made and who can make it? Stamp duty? Any standard form?
Thanks a lot.

If you are the son of your parent's wedlock then birth certificate will be your legal identity. Whereas , if you are an adopted son then Registered Deed of Adoption and an Affidavit of your parents before a First class Judicial Magistrate will be the lawful documents of your identity.

Well explained by respected Mr.Roy Sir. The birth containing your parents name is the best source of your legal identity.
