Document evidence in 498a, dv, maintenance case

Dear Experts,

I am fighting false 498a Dowry, false DV violence and false maintenance case in the court and my dearest wife has submitted fake/false bills, fake receipts, fake posts, fake emails and fake payslips of which is actually not the one given by her employer. Also, she has submitted false and forged documents. What can I do in this case?

I have read and understand that there is Evidence of India act passed by the Government of India.

Any fool can say that the document produced by my wife to the court is fake and false document and also some are forged documents.

Why none of the evidences are cross checked or and instead blindly believed and accepted?

In this case, can I also submit false letter, emails, bills, receipts, photos by taking some random printout from my computer and say that it is original?

Thank you

Shanmugam

There is a procedure to submit emails as evidence in the court.

You don't do such mistake it will attract sec 340 crpc , at the time framing of the charges make an objection on her allegations and the proof she had submitted in the court , if you have the actual and authentic proof with you then exhibit it in the court and also move an application u/s 340 crpc in the same court stated that she had lied before the court by submitting her evidences on oath , at the time of cross examination you can ask her all about her evidences and proved them fake and forged , once court dismiss her case then file criminal case against her for fabricating false evidence u/s 193 ipc.

The law of evidence is also concerned with the quantum (amount), quality, and type of proof needed to prevail in litigation.
