Dear Sir,
Raja purchased 5 cents land from Kannan. Kannan already purchased from Mala.
Raja purchased land using Kannan's sale deed. On this sale deed Survey numbers has been wrongly mentioned by Mala. Anyone never find out this.
When Raja try to sale his land to some one, then only Raja found it.
Now Kannan and Mala is ready to sign rectification deed.
Is it ok ? or any other steps is there for correct that problem?
