Hey Guys....!!
I have recently purchased a property in Pune.
Its a Resale property(flat).So once the entire transaction is complete what all documents or what all things should I get transferred in my name.For example-- I'll have to change the ownership of the electricity meter.So what are other similar things that I have to get transferred in my name...?

prepared P. R. card on your name [city survey office], Transfer tax of Muncipal council on your name, get transfer the share certificate in the housing society, Water connection transfer in M.C. etc etc...

You can very well consult your neighboring flat residents or the local lawyer to get a proper advise on the issue sought to be clarified which will be more apt.
