As I have purchased a plot from a property dealer, and registry in my name is done, Property dealer purchased that agricultural land from a farmer he did dakhil khariz (Mutation) for that land and cut plot and sell into pieces, and then he got 143 done of the land, as I purchased plot after the 143 of land done, so the property dealer saying that this plots mutation can not be done for my name as it has already 143 done. Now development authority is claiming that land coming under kanpur development authority so if the compensation for that land will be given by development authority they will send the notice according to name in mutation, and pay the money to property dealer. Now what should I do, please assist.
