Does bank freeze account without any notice

I asked bank to share freeze notice copy . So i got call they said it not done by bank it done by cyber cell. And they said they don’t have freeze notice copy they just freeze my account under a cyber cell complaint id . Is that possible? Or just bank don’t want to share notice copy

You may take up the matter with the Banking Ombudsman or approach the High Court in a Writ Petition.
