Does daughter-in-law has rights to cliam on father-in-law pr

I want to ask question does daughter-in-law has rights to cliam on father-in-law property if it is his self owned and her husband is alive and not intrested and not claiming on the property? All are hindu religion.
if no then can you provide any legal order of supreme court and high court. because my brother staying another place. but daughter in law forcefully staying in father in law home. she misused domestic law. my father is Government employee. so now my parents left home and stay outside rented home. Daughter in law stay alone with her child in that home . Not ready to leave that home.
So i need any legal or order copy.

NO: The answer lies in your query itself and you know it.

Approach a senior and able lawyer dealing in family/civil matters and proceed under expert advice of your lawyer.

Her husband has a place to reside and can maintain her family and wife may stay there.
