Does high court allow all kinds of appeal

hi members, i want to know, does a high court allow all cases where a party decides to appeal, in case where a party looses a case in lower court?

i want to know, what is the procedure, if a lower court/magistrate court/ family court dismisses a case, and the aggreived party wants to appeal in the high court, does the high court look into the case, if the case was correctly judged by the lower court, or not, before admitting it, or does it admit all the cases of all those who approach the high court,?

does the court take a look at the judgement of the lower court, before admitting a petition or appeal in the high court and see if there are really any merits in the case to consider the appeal?

thanks again all

These are all tremedous questions of law which are impossible to be explained on a forum like this.

Depends on the nature, facts and circumstances of the case
