Hi! Does getting a land on lease effect the ceiling limit to hold land under the West Bengal Land Reforms Act.
I hold 23 acres of land as owner. The ceiling limit is around 24.3 acres. if I get a 99 years lease of another 5 acres will I exceed the ceiling limit.
