Does netbanking has chargeback?

I have done transaction using hdfc netbanking using username pwd

I have raised disoute but bank offical says only transaction using cards can be disputed while its never mentioned in their site

plz suggest

A shot made out of the gun can never be made to return back in to the gun. Any wrong transaction made by yourself cannot be reversed.

Such devices for netbanking are required to be used very cautiously.
