Does these two strategies will help to not get in defamation?

I have Face Reading skill. I was gifted with that. And I want to help professionals and normal people with this skill. But I am afraid of defamation suits. So I have chosen two ways to not end up in defamation suits when I help others. 1.I will ask people a small amount of money. If my customers pay money to know about someone, and I told about the third person. Does that count as defamation? I have heard that if customers pay me, then there will no defamation suits on me. 2. When talking about negative things about the third person, I will use 'might be' or 'may be'. I will not give direct statements. So both of them will work? Help me. So that I can many people.
