What benefit you want?  No benefit.  System itself is corrupt to the core.  Social welfare officer should come to your house, do enquiry, enquire with your neighbours about your behavious, go to jurisdiction police station enquire about you, talk to you and your parents, get to know your part of the story, and only then if he finds you have done something wrong, send a report to magistrate.  But seldom any procedure is followed.  Its all the magic of a paper on whose face Gandhi's face is printed which says I promise to pay the bearer a sum of rupees one thousand :-))
