Dear everyone.
My aunt is victim of domestic violence. She wants to end the marriage and get a divorce. She has a 4 year old son and 6 months old daughter. Can she get the custody of both her children? Can she also ask for maintenance as she does not has any source of income and is a housewife?
Please help us find a solution.

Yes, your aunt is legally entitled to get maintenance for herself and her children She has to file petition u/sec 125 of Cr.P.C before family court against her husband also she can invoke the provisions of Domestic violence Act and get shareholdhouse.Contact to local and prudent lawyer who will do for needful action.
