Domestic Violence section 12 and Section 13A of HMA

Hi,
My wife has filled multiple cases against me and my family, Which includes Domestic Violence act section 12 and Section 13A of HMA, wanted to know whether both cases can run as both are civil and relief she is seeking are diffrent. Please suggest

Yes that is wrong section 12 of HMA is for Annulment of marraige upon the given grounds stated in the Act;;; and section 13 of HMA is for divorce ,you need to ask your lawyer to agitate that before court;
