In reply to your question this act as you know is named as " Protection of woman from domestic voilence Act, 2005" so their was nothong like punishment to the woman. But one thing i wants to ad in this is that but if u got discharged under domestic voilence act it definately will support your case in 498-A IPC and you can prosecute her in filling of frelous complaint under IPC.
