Done the marraige not done live in relation agreement

I had got marraige in 2008,  with in week my husband had strted mental harrassment and sent back me to maternal home.  Now since last 4 years i am staying with my parents.  Then i had tried to disscuss this matter with my Husband and in laws.  But nobody was ready to take interest to discuss the problems.  then i had sent notice to Husband.  My husband had replied .  But meanwhile due to delay in procedure , before my Petition my Husband had filed divorce Petition.   Also he had filed some bogus police complains against me.  Then I had filed Petiion Under section 18 Hindu Adoption and Maintence . Then we had filed Domestice Violece Petition against my husband.  But   During the court procedure from the 1  st day i had given the applications in court to get my stridhan back from My husband .But  since last 4  years our courts are fail to   given me my stridhan which was mostly given me by my parents.

Then  court had given me very nominal Rs. 5000/- as maintene against Income of my Husband Rs. 75000.00 pm.  Ihad produced very strong evidance in court.  But I found that Judges some Judges are not taking proper interest in matter.  So,  Sine last 4 years still the hearing could not be started,  however i am not getting Proper  rights from My husband.  We all know very well that In India , after marriage so many working women have to leave their good jobs if Husband is not staying in same city or place. So,after marraige i had resigned from my job .  But when i came back to maternal home, naturally I have to join the new job. Especially  pvt ltd companies does not allow  to take leave again and again in new job.  so I have only option  to accept the  simple job or  to stay at home.  I have to lost all the benefits like increments, bonus, leave of my past job.  In my case my Husband is not depositing Maintence regulary, as per court order.Judges are also not taking strict actions and advocates are only interested in their fees.  Govt and other political parties are busy in politics.  During my  divorce case i found that i am not alone  their are thousand of women inindia  who are not getting their legal rights.  Some people saying that  woking women should not be entitled to get maintence or alimoney,  But i thing that  women who is working if she is scientist /engineer or maid servent or House wife all should consided as equal,  because their  job or education are just because of their own struggle or suppourt of their parents.  In modern era before marraige  boys and girls getting sufficient  opportunities to know eachothers,  so   if  matrimonial dispute raises   women should have to get back her stridhan immediatly  and she should be entitiled to get  sufficient amount as maintence as per her Husband's status..

1. Read your consolidated views / dig on every responsible members of the society which we say are natural eye openning experience as in expressions after 4 years in open real world I believe ………

2.
So what is your question before us now? Or is the title of your thread your question which I quote "Done the marraige not done live in relation agreement"? If it is so then your marriage on paper still subsists and “it is not done deal yet” as to reference to what you have written as your thread title reproduced above!.

3.
However be it so, if you fed up about last 4 years experience from real world and thinking on lines of live-in then in live-in mostly “agreement are not signed” by parties, it is only for the purpose of a marriage agreements such as “pre-nuptial agreements” are drafted and jointly executed between two un-married opposite parties who plan to marry soon in refernec to India, Whereas in live-in relatonships two opposite s*x just live-in as in live-in and may marry or not marry each other at all at the end, but, here both should be un-married to constitute real meaning of live-in which is prevalent in the West. Coming back to Indian context, because of your nature of similar experiences more and more married people of either s*x are considering falling for live-in but they mostly choose un-married opposite s*x for live-in which is the only difference between live-in as in West and in India. Off course there are always few Indian contemporary social exceptions one can find but they are hardly visible to gossip eyes.

That is about the difference and the less said about your take on all responsible members of society via your 4 years old eye especially by me the better harmony this thread will have v.

You may soon hear other memberss interesting take on your overall thread thoughts since I covered live-in concept with your reference here

[Also allow me to make a parting dig on your thread ;
"A woman is a curved line and a man is a straight line so 4 years is now nothing". :)]

I had given this titile because during legal matter  i have to face the questions  that  i am working or not?I can maintain myself or not?  why my husband should have to maintain me  ? etc. So i  feel that in  Husband- wife dispute till the end of the case Nobody can say that who is ture wife or Husband?, but   during the legal matter  wife should get  reasonaable maintence  from her Husband , if she is working or nonworking.  In Indian culture marriage is special resposibility, so if after marraige  legal  dispute raises between Husband and wife , women not getting reasonable  maintence and she have to wait for justice years and yearsfor justice. If   these women could not get  reasonable maintence and stridhan immediatly ,  then  what is the diffece between legal marriage and live in agreement ?
