Door number different in owner sale deed and bruhat bengalur

 

Door Number different in owner sale deed and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike records.

I am planning to buy a plot, but the door number of that plot in sale deed is mentioned has 50 and the same plot in Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike records it shows as 75.

 

But the following are same in both records Owner Name, Survey Number and boundary.

 

Tax cannot be paid for door number 50 they are accepting for door number 75. The property owner has registered this property around 35 years back. Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue so that I can go for bank loan.

75 will be the number allotted by bbmp, 50 will be the number allotted during formation of layout, check the schedule of property in sale deed and confirm the same from actual location

Do I need any other document to get approval from the bank. Is this property no problem if I buy. Anand Thanks for your response. Could you pls answer my above points. I have checked the property location by going to the spot it is fine.

This will be enough, they will verify everything before sanctioning the loan. Schedule of property means adjacent property no's mentioned in the sale deed which should match with actual properties at location
