In NIACL which authority is responsible for not adhering to rules/defying the rules for change of name, of all indivisuals, who have dodged the law by changing thier names successfully and on the top of that getting promoted despite the fact that they wer caught red handed by CBI.
Obviously it should start from reporting authority and above and apparently finally it is Personnel/HR and the chief i.e CMD. Surprisingly if no action has been taken and concluded despite the fact that the matter has been reported in person by you, then the question arises: How many palms have been greased?
You have lifted the veil and what has come out is ugly.
Along with all docs you should submit the matter to the supreme authority i.e. Super boss minister/ministry, PMO,President.
The best option seems to be file a petititon in HC,SC.
