I have Personal Loan going on with Bajaj Finance.
I did not pay EMI on date. But bank represent it every week.
Meanwhile the recovery agent collected from me with late penalty charges even I told them about the represntation of ECS but they did not agreed ,and next day it was deducted from bank also,
Now I am sending mail and contacting the recovery person but they say it will take time.
Due to this debit of EMI from bank my other cheque bounce.
What I should do,
