Krishna alias murthy'   02 November 2021

Doubt regarding alias in name

My name is 'krishna alias murthy' instead of 'alias' my parents used short form 'alias' that is '@' in 10th,12th and degree certificate. But documents like Aadhar, PAN etc., Where online application is required. I'm unable to put '@' because when I try to put '@' in my name it suggests that special characters are not allowed in name. So we used 'Alias' instead of '@'
Now education certificate I have name like this, 'krishna @ murthy'
But documents that we get through online application like Aadhar, PAN I have name like this, krishna alias murthy'. Whether it will create any problem in govt jobs or passport application or not

You make declaration in court that both is one and same and publish in paper as court orders and keep it with u for proof reference .

I have asked this doubt to my distant relative who is lawyer he said no need to worry but some people say that it'll create problems.

Can I submit affidavit that both the names are same and one

Affidavit can be submitted  for name mistake/misprint in result or any other document

'alias' is used to indicate that a named person is also known or more familiar under another specified name.

There need not be any objection in entering 'alias' in contexts where @ is incompatible.

No legal dispute is involved in the post which may be considered and obliged by experts.
