My wife had filed a dowry act at the women police sation on last month and now she had withdrawn the complaint against me and now she is living with me.
If she is again writing up the complaint of same dowry act and submitting it to the women police station. whether that is valid or not????
"i heard that only once the dowry act can be filed at the police station and if she withdraw then cant be given again"

why did she complaint?
if you harassed her or coerced her for cash/property and she complained. then dont do that again so that she dont complain again.
if you didnt do any of above and she complaint why you bring her back? if you can give her chance to live with you again and again she also have the chance to complain again and again.
yes, she can complain as many times as she want unless you decide to take a stand.

Why u think she complain again. U stay with her and enjoy your life. Don't think that she complain against u and both are enjoy life.
