Draft plaint

Dear All,

Can anybody please provide me the draft of a plaint in a suit against Municipal Corporation restraining them from demolishing a Structure .

if you are a managment trainee then it will be better to seek help of some professional lawyer for drafting and pleading the case.

civil suits are not sterotype in nature.
