I was caught for drink and drive , i had to pay rs 2000 in JVPD police station in Oct'11, even though it was just .86 point and i was asked to come to adh east court in early sep'11.
There i rejected the allegation to the judge, as per my lawyer who confirmed to me that this can be easily resolved in loknyayalay. I have got the date for Aug'11, however there have not been any loknyayaalay to resolve drink and drive. Please can some1 tell me what is the earliest date for loknyayalay in adh east court to resolve drink and drive cases.
