Dear Lawyers,
One of my long distance relative made an accident while drunk and drive. One stranger was killed during that accident.
But my long distance relative told his driver (This driver was not at the incident) that if he can accept the crime then he will pay some lakhs of rupees.
Driver agreed, amount received and went to Jail and serving the Jail term now.
I do not have any proofs to prove this and I dont know the driver's name and I dont even know where that driver's family resides.
Still CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT in NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS against my long distance relative regarding this CRIME?
