I purchased a land from a property developer near chennai. It claimed that the plots are according to the DTCP approval. But after a detailed analysis there are deviation in plot size and road size from the DTCP Layout. Since I have purchased and registered the land, I would like to know what remediation needs to be done from my end as there are deviation from what was suggested by DTCP and How much is the builder liable?
