I was working with a Company and I got a Job offer in a new company wherein I am bound join in a month but my earlier company notice period is of 3 months. I requested the company for early relievement but they didnt provide me, so I sent a official mail that I cannot continue further.
My new company has accepted me with the same.
I was out of office from 30-june-2016 but my reliving letter shows 22-july-2016, when I asked about the same they said ID deletion had happened on 22-july-2016 so reliving will be on that date.
When I was looking for the next job the reliving letter becoming a great issue for me.
Because I joined in my second company on 01-July-2016 but reliving date showing as 22-july-2016 in first company.
Now the issue is third company where am moving is mentioning this as a Dual employment.
My question is I didnt work from the date 30-june-2016 and I didnt receive any salary from 30-june-2016 to 22-july-2016.
Will this come under dual employment?
If so how can I resolve this issue?
