Dumb injury is valid evidence in ipc?

Dear Sir,

My MIL Filed FIR Against me in IPC 452 , 294b, 324 and 506ii,

I got her complaint copy through RTI, in this mentioned that she has got dumb injuries,

Also it is mentioned that,

1. i was used iron pipe which is found nearby in her house and beating her continously left hand and back side of body- no injuries

2. suddenly my wife seized the iron pipe who is in nearby, after that.

3. i hold her head hair and hit it near by wall- dumb injuries in right eye and face

4. after my wife called for police, i was pushed her down- dumb injuries in across the body

kindly advice me,

---- is dumb injuries as a valid evidences in this scenario.

---- is the IPC section is valid/correct as per this situtation given in complaint.

Many Thanks,

Best Regards,

shankar.

Any injury which affects human being physically and mentally will be considered as genuine injury,Whether the sections are valid or not depends , when we come to know  the full case details, yours is selective , to comment upon this will not be a idle one. If you are sure these charges will not hold good in court of law you defeat the same during trial.

Section 44. Injury

The word “injury” denotes any harm whatever illegally caused to any person, in body, mind, reputation or property.
