Duplicate passport with wrong document

hi,

my husband got his passport with providing wrong documents as address proof while applying for duplicate passport,. During police verification he was present at the address.

Now he is in India and threating me if I do any thing wrong he will leave the country and never come back as he was to stay abroad alone on my depenedt VISA, Please let me know how I can apply for the case so when he is Indi his passport can be collected from the Airport when he is flying to go back.

Before I give you advice could you tell me which country is the visa valid for and how is he a dependant?

VISA is for UK, we both are Indians. I got UK Work Visa, and he is depenednt on me till 2017. He is telling once he lands in UK no one can stop him to apply for asylum and all my bank debit credit cards are with him. he has got all my savings also and property I added his name on properlty

sorry for not giving all theinformation.

I am in India, we both came to India last year. Then he lost his passport Indian passport and applied for passport with false document, then he applied for duplicate VISA as he had got all the documents required to apply for it.

He got duplicate pasport he went to UK alone as he told me clearly if you come with me I will divource you, and for hindu girl it is difficult to go through divource. He is in India for 1 month in this month can I do somehting so his passport is taken and then sort my proeprty and bank accounts in UK and make understand importance of me in his life.

Now I will be applying for Indefinet to leave to remain in UK, I work for company based in london. My job title is software tester, he is workigng as software developer. But both of us have lost job because of long holiday in India (trying to sort our relationship)

does it matters what VISA I got, I need to stop him in India on basis of falase document to submit his duplicate passport.
