Hi,
An IT Company is having 2 TAN Numbers for the same address and same branch. But the PAN number given is same. The law says, multiple TAN numbers are permissible for other branches.
What can be the legal actions that can be taken against such a company? Please share the provision in Law for this scenario.

Two TAN No cannot be for the same branch with the same address. It is illegal. You can file a complaint against the company before ITO TDS.
