during pendency of service writ in court of law

service writ A against my employer was filed in high court allahabad on date 28th sep 18 . and is still pending till date and next Date is fixed for 25th Oct 18. now department has fixed enquiry date on 15th Oct 18. on same cause of action criminal case has been registered in police station and trail is in advanced stage in cjm court. next date is fixed for 15th oct 18. now i have filed a writ in high court for holding of enquiry till the trail court comes to some result. if I am not appearing in dept enquiry sending intimation to them regarding pendency of writ in high court and also informing about my next date of hearing in trail court is 15th Oct. what steps my dept/management can initiate or take against me...please suggest..9557105453
