I ve filed dv case against my husband iin Feb 2013. He has dragged it twice in the name of compromise and he absented himself on both the occasions. Again for the third time he has come for compromise when it was about to go for argument. Judge ordered for mediation. Till today I ve not got any maintenance. He is working in MNC . I ve got a daughter of 5 yrs old. I ve sent many sms which is all about him and against him. Can that be used against me. As interim maintenance how much will the court order. During the final judgement can I try to get his salary certificate and will court order according to his salary? He will be earning about Rs.70 to 80 k and has his own house, car etc.
