Dear advocates

My query is recently in my case in dvc judgement has come and it is totally biased. It stated that domestic violence has been happened, there is illegal demand for dowry and cruelty in the orders. My question is will it have effect in my 498A case as it has not started yet.some are saying that it will not have effect on 498A as the cases are totally different and 498A has to be proved beyond doubt. plz revert me with u r answers.
