Dv act and 498a

You did not specify any reasons on why you are planning to file cases. Any married woman in INDIA can file a 498A case on her husband and husbands relatives and friends, that is the right given by Indian government to a married woman. Filing is easy no issue but winning the case is important. Also what are you going to achieve by it that you need to think.

This 498A case is provided for married woman who are really suffered by their husbands or in laws. So if this is used in wrong way then it will spoil the same woman life very heavily, which by the time they realize the things will be so worse that they cannnot go back.

So before filing 498A think twice about all, just don't listen to anyone. Think from bottom of your heart if they have done that bad to your life, so that you have to go ahead and file a 498A on them.
