In a DV Case the opponents had filed some documents as evidence.
But we found that they were fabricated documents, so can we file a Petition in the same case asking to punish them for producing the Fabricate evidence.
Or we should wait for the DV case to complete. And file a case on them for producing the Fabricate evidence?

Please let me under what section's cani file?
They said they given dowry by taking House loan and they submitted the Loan Pass book.
when i file a pettion to send sommons to Bank manager about the Loan, then in there counter they clearly said they taken the House loan for repain they did not give any amount from that.
so under what sections can i file the application?
