If,in DV case respondent are mainly person who are domestic relationship.Persons in non domestic relationship are also included in DV .Persons in domestic relationship had appeared in the court and file their objections.Persons which are in non-domestic (i.e friend,neighbour) relationship acceped the summons but did not appear in the court.Court had issued warrant against them.What action should be taken agaist judge?
