Dv case cross

Dear Experts,

 

This is regardng the DV case cross where in opposite party has filied the chief affidavit which is nothing but a copy of original dv complaint.but no evidence is submitted while filling the cheif affidavit for their allegation.Documents submited as exitbit to prove case as per affidavit is -

1.Marrigae photo

2.Marrigae card

3.Residential proof and kids date of birth certificates.

is it not required to submit their evidence along with affidavit for their allegation before cross.other wise what is the proof for allegation?

 will there be cross directcly after affidavit is filied with out seeking the evidence for their allegation from oposite party?

 

pls advise on this what is the court process?

cross the complainant and her witnesses directly as she filed evidence by way of affidavit.

None of the witness mentioned in affidavit. is there any chance that the witness can be added later on?

can be filed with additional affidavit with all witness and evidences also
