Dv case disposed (maintenance to pay or not ?)

Wife filed DV case and Interim maintenanace of Rs.3500/- was allowed .

But Now the said DV case was dismised for want of prosecution .

Whether Now Husband needs to pay Monthly Maintenance to Wife ?

If case was dismissed for " Want of prosecution" then you need not to pay interim maintenance.

if yoour divorce case was dissposed in despite of your wife prosecution in that case you should not paid any alimoney monthly
