dv case victims

dear lawyer iam victim of dv case my salary his 10k only my wife make false case on me she his asking 25k month interim maintaince and montetary relief 20lakh ,and also residential order his a lease house what to do kindly advice me sir

Let your wife demand anything in her petition, you will ordered only to reasonable amount as per your financial capacity.
