Brides party at DV court got an Ex-Parte order under false ground at the beginning of this month (feb). Please let me know when to appeal against the order. Is there a Time limit ? Does it starts from the time the other party is notified ?. Opposed party is Foreign Citizens Not Indians

though the time limit is one month from the date of the order, the appeal can be preferred with condone delay petition after that also, why dont you try for setting aside the exparte order in thee same court instead of preferring an appeal.
