Dear Experts Following are my question on DV please reply: 1. it is a criminal offence ?
2. Wife has right to enter in matrimonial house forcefully ?
3. if husband leaves his parental home (matrimonial home of wife) and shift somewhere else (New rented home) ? then wife has right to live in which house will be applicable either at parental home or at new rented accomodation ?
4. is there any arrest in DV ?
5 it is required to take anticipatory bail in DV ?
6 if wife is working she can file DV ?
